Not everyday is a good day..


Bad bad day for me..

First got misunderstood by a freaking annoying PMS lady customer!! She actually email me telling me my email to her was challenging and not customer friendly!! WAHZ!! Spoilt my day totally!! This was the first time i got such crude remark!

Fine! I called her and told her she got me wrongly~ I dont mean it that way and she gave me a freaking YAYA tone asking me to be more careful with my email! FARK! And insisted she was busy and got no time for me!!! WAHZ!!!

I nearly swallow her head if i can! She better dont last min give me her shits and asked me to rush things for her!! Someone please whacked her!!!! Such a PRICK!

Part 2! I helped my colleague to do a quotation as she wasnt around and when customer signed back of course i handed everything to her~ So basic common sense that you should follow up from there. Nothing was done and in the end customer called and asked if we've sent out the mailers as the event happen this weekend!!! Helloooooo.. Made me panicked and worried! I mean if this is my account at least i wont feel so bad but this wasnt the case!!! Luckily things were somehow solved when i left the office..

Felt like screaming! 1 email and 1 quotation DESTROYED my day.. my mood.. Didnt feel happy even i managed to close a deal..

Stored all my angers in my tummy!
